AG Brnovich Obtains $4.65 Million for Arizonans Who Purchased Theranos Blood Tests

In April 2017, Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office obtained a full refund for every Arizonan who purchased a Theranos blood test. Theranos, Inc. agreed to pay $4.65 million in consumer restitution as part of a consent judgment reached with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.

The Attorney General’s Office has hired Rust Consulting to distribute the $4.65 million in restitution to all Arizona consumers who paid for a Theranos blood test.  Checks were sent out on December 15, 2017.  Cashing the check does not obligate you in any way.  If you received a check and previously paid for a Theranos blood test, please cash the check on or before March 15, 2018.

If you have questions about the settlement or your check, please call (602) 542-5763 (Phoenix), (520) 628-6648 (Tucson), or toll-free outside of metro Phoenix, (800) 352-8431.
