Three People Indicted Accused of Possessing and Passing Counterfeit U.S. Currency

PHOENIX – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a State Grand Jury indicted Robert Lowell Kunard, Debra Ann Hernandez, and Robert John Greves for their alleged involvement in possessing and passing United States one hundred dollar bills that appear to be counterfeits.

It is alleged that on August 19, 2018, Kunard was in possession of counterfeit one hundred dollar bills while in Peoria, Arizona.  It is further alleged that between October 13, 2018 and October 15, 2018, Kunard and Hernandez passed counterfeit one hundred dollar bills at multiple locations in Yavapai County.
